2025 Summary

It's hard to believe that a year has passed since I began Adler Services. The overwhelming support and endorsement of former colleagues a year ago convinced me that this was the prudent next step, and the timing was right to start this new adventure. I couldn't be more grateful for the thoughtful mentorship from several individuals who provided crucial guidance, shared lessons from their start-up business experiences, and encouragement when I faced uncertainty. Also, I am truly appreciative and proud that each engagement started due to a referral from a former colleague. In one case, it was a decade ago when we last worked together, yet they didn't hesitate to recognize the fit and recommend me to their company's leadership team. They are one of my clients today.

While attending the Salesforce conferences, I prioritized both real-world use cases for the core applications as well as how Agentforce is evolving and can be applied. Two of my key takeaways from Dreamforce came from attending a case study by an industrial company that began using Agentforce in 2025 after a 3-year journey to prepare their data. The foresight, consistency in approach, and discipline to manage their data is now delivering big dividends for their business. The message about the importance of a business's data to be able to truly realize the benefits of AI was heard loud and clear. The other session that left an impression was about the implementation of Salesforce by the City of Los Angeles and how it has transformed their ability to respond to and act upon 311 inquiries much more effectively. The key takeaway here was how vital good leadership and a clear vision of the desired outcome is on the client side in order to be able to achieve success.
I am optimistic about the year ahead and remain focused on delivering maximum value to my clients.
